There is a grove of Aspen Trees that were quaking and indicating that there is water nearby. From within the center meadow which faces east and welcomes the morning sun into the sanctuary, one can view out into the expanse of South Park and the Tarryall Mountains. You are allowed to camp on this property from May to November as well as build you dream home whenever you find the time. There is a community well to use if you are just camping. There is a dump station and trash removal also. Bring your Camper, ATV, Horses or Motorcycles. All your toys! National Forest access is a mile away. Access to thousands of square miles of National Forest loaded with lakes and streams in the Heart of the Colorado Rockies
